I am a seasoned UX/UI Lead and USSF Account Executive at Silicon Mountain Technologies (SMT) in Lakewood, Colorado. With a Master's degree in UX/UI from ASU’s Ira Fulton School of Engineering and a strong foundation in user research and data analytics, I have built a career centered on innovation, problem-solving, and leadership. Over the past three years, my expertise and high emotional intelligence have led to two promotions, culminating in a high-level leadership role.

In my UX/UI Lead role, I mentor and guide a team of designers across multiple Space Force contracts, ensuring user-centered solutions that enhance mission-critical operations. As a Discovery Lead for Space Operations Command, I drive innovation through field research and data-driven insights. Recently promoted to USSF Account Executive, I leverage my research skills and strategic mindset to bridge the gap between design, technology, and mission success.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, crafting, running, and volunteering as the Design Lead for my Church’s magazine.
